This morning, I had a student threaten me and threaten to have his father come "beat my cracka butt up." So I called the SRO, he took him for a threat, and I'm told by admin to write him up. Then I'm told nothing will happen to the student because I "antagonized him".
He's back in class, and instead I get reprimanded by Admin for "poorly handling the situation" and "tieing their hands" so they can't do anything. What the frick is this? What am I suppose to do?
maybe stop being such a racist mayofoid
teachers are more cucked than wagies
We had a student that literally tried to fight the principal and he's back at school.
imagine the reputation you'd have among your classmates for pulling this off

Itβs absolutely crazy that getting rid of zero tolerance policies in schools means that teachers now have to tolerate undesirable behavior.
Who possibly could have predicted this?!

If your best strategy is to keep your own people stupid, then any other group that values educating their people is going to really frick you up in time

most of these things have way more to do with no child left behind 20 years ago than 0 tolerance policies for fighting
violent children a decent portion of the sped population and are often more likely to be a liability and be off-sited (to contract schools that the public school district has to pay to send them to, granted that's still not too incredibly expensive considering the students that reach that point usually already have their own para before that).
And the student making an r-slured threat is just dumb and the teacher is probably just an r-slurred for taking it seriously (but that's probably the reason why the student told him that).

most societies have a much smaller portion of violent children, even in SPED
