Yeah that's Skinny Pete. He's from Michigan where Dez and her family are from. Pete's been in and out of jaIl for a decade+, namely for home invasions and drugs.

The funniest part is that Skinny Pete had a "Desiree <3" tattoo all the way back in 2013, shortly after she married Boogie. She'd regularly fly back to Michigan to "see family alone" while married and he and her family had to collect her stuff from his house post-divorce to ensure he wouldn't try emotionally abusing her more to stay with him and continue washing his butt (srs).
