$305 billion AUM. China is staring down their own 2008 Great Recession event. If the commies don't bail this bank out (lol), the Eastern world's economy is FUBAR.

Remember Michael Burry, the neurodivergent guy from The Big Short who made boatloads of cash from predicting the housing CDO bubble? Here's what he's saying

Bad news for the global economy, good for Dramacoin

I am gonna be the counter voice here for the fun of it. No China won't collapse, they are gonna use this as propaganda for why it is a bad idea to allow companies to get too big for the next hundred years. Also some heads are gonna be rolling.

Also, bullets that small don't roll your head (unless you're a fetus). If you want to decapitate someone in China, gift them a motorbike.

If this causes their economy to shit the bed, even if they don't collapse, then they will attempt an invasion of Taiwan within the next 5 years, 10 at most.

That's the thing. It likely won't as per what I have heard on the grapevine so far. The thing is the eastern economy will start slipnsliding though but overall China is at a level where they can afford to break it off at this level to insure it never gets bigger than that. Sort of a fixing things one moment before disaster to remind everyone why they do it event.

I did a little more reading into the subject and I see where you're coming from:

They're finally going to attempt a deleveraging while at the same time making an example of those who obtained wealth and power outside of the purview of the CCP.

The "Eastern economy" is the underdeveloped part of the Chinese economy, i.e. the more rural parts. Letting it slip basically means letting the wealth gap expand even further, which has been a huge concern for the Xi administration.

If this shit actually results in something, it is absolutely not kosher. It will be worse than June 4th, especially in the long run.
