Try and include subtle HIPAA violations when talking about your patients. For example, refer to them by their first name to protect their identity and then throw in "Mr. _____" when you're recalling what you said to the patient. Then organically mention what city you're in and what hospital along with talking about their ailments. Enough of those clues could lead to a doxx (if the patient was real), which would lead to an actual HIPAA violation.
Don't say you're going to give them an overdose amount of morphine. Or at least be more subtle about it you r-slurs.
