Poland has pretty good food, but the only thing of note for tourists is "world's oldest salt mine"... Thrilling.

If you want to visit eastern Europe (why though?) and don't want to have to deal with Germ*ns, I suppose it's nice enough.

Malbork castle is also worth a visit. A bit empty in terms of furniture, but architecturally interesting.

If you visit in summer and go to the sea, you can witness the impressive "sinice" which is a mass bloom event of toxic algae, giving terrible rash to anyone entering water. Although it's not as effective at that as yperite, still waiting at the bottom of the sea to be released from it's rusting barrels.
