Okay some self improvement advice for the drama family

Note: I am not a professional expert on the subjects discussed below so take no responsibility or liability for anything going wrong and expect you to use your noggin.

Alright virgin Chad's. You all have been real good to me and I wanna try and do something good for you in turn so here goes my advice to you from my limited experience about food, exercise, and inner peace.

  1. Don't be fat. I know you have heard this a million times but seriously don't be fat. Being fat literally reduces your quality of life. I am not saying fat people cannot be happy, I am saying all things being equal a fat person and a not fat person with the same skills and traits, the non fat one is better off.

  2. Diet. So most of you probably have trouble balancing your diet and keep overeating or try to control food intake then end up overeating the next day coz you got extra hungry. Most people here will mock you for your poor self control, but heres the thing, it need not have almost anything to do with self control. What you are looking for is satiety levels. That means foods that make you feel fuller compared to other foods with high calories but low filling value. From personal experience I recommend avoiding chips especially because they have an extremely high food calorie to satiety level ratio. You could eat a dozen packets and still be left hungry two hours later.

  3. Avoid soft drinks. If you are fat I dont expect you to be able to suddenly drop it off completely. But try to at least minimize it to 2-3 medium sized bottles a week.

  4. rice and noodles are good for satiety value because they fill up your stomach but are also half water from cooking. Also recommend adding one meal that is just fruits and another half to one meal that is just salads like cucumbers and carrots

  5. if you are a poorcel the cheapest combo I know of is eggs, bread, bananas, cucumbers, and the cheapest noodles you know around town. Idk if these five alone cover the entire nutrient chart but they seem to work alright enough for me.

  6. exercise. I am not asking you to run. I am not even asking you to lift. I am asking you to only start with two pushups a day and one long walk a day every day until it feels too easy and you increase the pushups by one and so on. The key secret is consistency not quantity. No point doing a hundred lifts one day then having your arms aching too much to do anything the entire week.

  7. inner peace. This one is the hardest. You gotta find a hobby for yourself that you enjoy. Something you can improve everyday and notice the improvements. Nothing increases self esteem faster than seeing the results of your labors everyday no matter what task it is.

  8. this advice is generally given by soys to each other but it works. Try to control your environment. Don't need to make it too comfortable but if you think the current people around you are genuinely getting in the way of you improving yourself, whether it be on purpose or not, it is best for you to distance yourself from those people until you have accomplished your goal at the very least.

  1. Always have at least one thing that you look forward to doing the next day. Doesnt matter how small or big the task. Just have something to wake up for that you want to do the next day.
