Last man on earth with a bunch of foids is an interesting premise just because everyone accepts the fact women are so inept that they can never rebuild, and the man can't do everything himself to rebuild society especially with a bunch of preggos and brats who suck up resources essentially becoming a doomed enterprise.
Last woman on earth is just gonna be a weird gore-porno where she gets hunted down and the men then lop off her limbs and turn her into a human nugget while dudes take turns creampie-ing her for procreation and enjoyment as they rebuild society, and then at some point a bunch of castrated eunuchs will become her caregivers and choose only 1 man to frick her, after a really dumb contest of sorts to find the ultra-chad amongst the men every birth cycle, and until she births enough other birthgivers and she ages out or dies; she will achieve human nugget semi-diety status in death for popping out kids as The Birth Mother.
