Report it directly to the diocesan bishop immediately. Name the priest directly if you can, otherwise just the church and the date if you don't know him. It's bad that he's encouraging sin and all, but he also shared his own mastuabatory habits with you. This is a form of grooming and he may be doing it to other people.

It's imperative that you report this to his bishop. If he in any way tried to solicit you, I'd also suggest notifying the police.
