I think you're going out on a limb. I think Brian had enough of her physical, emotional, and verbal abuse... he was tired of her bullying and the double standards and decided to ditch her right there and then.

Gabby, having no actual skills or abilities to speak of (other than abusing people) succumbed to the wilds of nature and was attacked by a bear. (or was this nature or God correcting an aberration?)

Our sweet Brian, doesn't have it in him to harm someone, even someone who so justifiably deserves it.

Now before you say "but the coroner said murder!" we have no way of knowing if this murder was committed by man or beast at this point do we?

We also know that a well rooted and established man-hating law enforcement cannot put murder charges on Brian, no matter how much they want to, because the evidence doesn't show this. This is why he hasn't been charged with her murder. Until they can figure out how to frame Brian for Gabby's murder that is. I fully expect the so-called "authorities" to lie, conspire and fabricate evidence in order to crucify Brian.
