Edit: this video of him explaining himself is more thorough than the article itself

edit 2: since this i gaining traction we should all recollect the story of Gary McKinnon and why the US gov wanted to extradite him so badly https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gary_McKinnon

He claimed to have hacked the pentagon and discovered that the US gov not only had secret alien tech but also had "non-human" officers in the military. He claimed the US gov had craft that looked like this, one called the USS Lemay and another Called the USS Hillenkoetter

I disagree as I believe that McKinnon recieved protection someone who (unlike snowden, assange) is a british citizen under the jurisdiction of no other nation and therefore rhe british government has an interest(and the ability) in protecting him if only to sustain the integrity of their sovergnty. This isnt uncommon. By your logic the US should be able to get to this guy too https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kurt_Sonnenfeld

He is a US citizen taking refuge from US jurisdiction in Argentina which isnt a certified ally country, but is fairly close to that.

Yes, they have the ability to protect him. The US also has the ability to make this decision very costly for the British government. Granted, I don't consider the UK a vassal, but at the end of the day the US still possesses far more leverage in the relationship. If McKinnon really was in possession of incredibly sensitive intelligence, then (IMO) the US would have exerted far more pressure on the UK government to hand him over.

The US and the UK have an extradition treaty. Extraditing McKinnon would not be a violation of the UK's sovereignty.
