As soon as I saw that the jury was majority white women it was over. Indians would have this back in two minutes.

I think the being late part isn't actually relevant to the case, it sounds like she had a discrimination case but only decided to rail them after she got fired

She was late like 20% of the time she worked there. Literally at least a day a week.

I’ve never been on time in my current job. Never got written up even though they have records.

Unless they can prove her write ups weren’t retaliatory, which they failed to do, the tardiness was immaterial.

That said, this is why I don’t suggest blacks for hire when I interview.

Ms. Europe happened to receive a second disciplinary warning for lateness on the same day that she had written an email bringing the issue to the attention of managers and people in human resources. Three months later, she was fired.

This seems to imply at least 46 out 47 lates were in a 3 month period. So more like 50% of the time once it started.
