Honestly shit like this is going too keep holding America back. You think China cares that 1 in every 10000 people can't use a bathroom. Heck no, and infrastructure is easier and cheaper too build because of that. America is slowly stagnating under the weight of so much inefficient bureaucracy and onerous requirements. For every one time one of these tables are used, there's going too be a hundred times where they are destroyed by methheads or rowdies and need too be replaced at the taxpayer expense.
