Reminder you can sign up to submit community notes. I got approved after about 3-4 days after applying and the submissions are "anonymous", twitter generates a fake username which submissions get listed under.

I don't believe there's a way to connect it back to the original account, besides Twitter admins of course. So it's wide open to chuddery. Getting sufficient votes to be listed is another matter but it can still cause drama.
