99% of all moderator work is automated through automod.

Shitty boys written by teenagers brings it up to 99.99%.

The only reason why the top jannies are the top jannies is because they wrote code and only run it through their account, and so the mere presence of their account automates the work to do on subreddits.

This enables almost all mods to literally do nothing except in Slack and Groomercord all day and complain about trans politics and the admins.
