I didn't watch it all, but I think he gives a general criticism of Lex's "just love everyone, man" philosophy.

Lex blocks an insane number of people on all his social media. Probably mostly automated, but apparently he recently hired someone to be his social media manager, aka professional blocker.

If you'd like a speedrun on being banned, go say something critical of Lex in /r/LexFridman. 3, 2, 1... It's a little conspiracy that Lex himself might have been secretly modding and banning people on his sub for the last few years. Now with the social media manager, maybe he off loaded it to them.
