I miss old tumblr despite its flaws. It had a certain creative energy to it which is growing so rare online. Most social media sites are just death to the imagination. Someone should create a checkbox on EHRs “By checking this box you attest that you are acting in the patients best interests.” That would help with lawsuits since occasionally our patients do not cooperate with treatment. Otherwise feedback like yours makes me think saying less is always more.
