Yeah, the cat years they have are kind of fricked up. They''ve made them so cat puberty puts them at a legal human age so that cat-moms don't freak out over shit, which means that the first few years are rather condensed. Truly middle-aged cat is like 8-9, so 5 shouldn't (realistically) be anything more than late 20s at most.
