As of now 1/6 commission is dead already, and will not enforce the subpoenas.

Of course it died, nobody wants a report to come out. On the right's side, you have Q anon shaman and other fringe weirdos, and on the left you have to reveal how many worked for (or atleast with) the alphabet agencies and reveal that the one officers death was a stroke a day later.
