A fun thing to do is to ask them their opinion on another country's health system that isn't either their own or the American one. They'll have no idea how it even works anywhere else.

Objectively they don't even know how it works in the US, either. They "know" that the governement doesn't pay for it, which is essentially false anyway, and they think gibs are the solution when the core of the problem is insurance companies and hospitals doing their best to shaft everyone.
