I don't believe that she's kept this up for 3 years, he's put up with condoms for 3 years, and that she's this bitter about getting $5k a month for what sounds like a once a week thing. If I were to guess, this has lasted maybe two months, and he was giving her $2k a month. Assuming it's not a complete fabrication.
