I live in an area where your typical average white women (think annoying twatter poster) are migrating here, so you can buy a 3000 sqft house for about $500k. So middle class white women can feel wealthy here, but the surrounding areas are trailer park people who have been here for decades. North of Atlanta? It's weird I have not heard of this town. The only cool people here are from Chicago and NY who moved here to relax. They seem to be younger and realize (like I did lol) that they were spoiled with the restaurants in the city.
I was just in Cummings. today. Nice town but not sure I could live in a town named Cummings. lol
