Completely leaving out the fact that the Bud Light marketing VP insinuated Bud Light drinkers were r-slurred frat boy chuds.

Yeah Bud Light's goose is pretty well cooked. They aren't going to win back the chuds anytime soon and they aren't unique enough to have those really loyal drinkers. Bud Light, Miller lite, Coors light, are all basically the same pisswater. Millennials are drinking seltzers and zoomers are drinking less. They should have just let their boomer/gen x audience have it and let the brand decline into irrelevance and reinvest the dividends into a new product. I could see it come back in 10 years as an ironic beer like PBR.
