They did, but funny enough maybe 1 minute after posting they returned. They had to go back to their warehouse to pick up a new modem and jack because the contractor just used old crap from years ago

Got PV installed last month. Was blasting full with 0% external power throughout the day (and getting feeding the net $$$). Since 2 days the battery is fricked and doesn't charge beyond 50%, so during night I drop to 0% and have to get power from the grid.
Sucks, cause it means I have to get the electrician again (and he probably wants $$$ for his time) and I have to be at home when he comes... Thought it was easy cruising for a few years before some problems show up. At least there's warranty on the product.

That's why I didn't do solar even though I could fuel my house for a week based on one day of solar. Getting electricity from the grid is pretty cheap and while solar companies will install for cheap or free i like having guaranteed electricity especially because I had a rental lose power during a monsoon
