Around here, since the mandate lifted, not a lot of people still wear masks... you go in a store, maybe like 10-20 percent of the customers have masks on... well, today I went to the art store to buy art supplies. I was the only one in there with no mask on. Without exception, everyone else in that store was masked. I kept expecting one of the employees to come up and inform me of their mask policy, but no one did, and the masked cashiers were really cordial when I checked out. Everyone in there except me, apparently chose to wear a mask. It was surreal
Maybe artsy types just have weak immune systems. That's the only explanation I can come up with
