This guy is a relic of a more based time. He was doing magic and satanic rituals in public during the 70s, then some local council who hates fun tried to ban him, then the New Zealand art gallery persuaded their prime minister that he should be considered Local Art, so the prime minister made him the official wizard of New Zealand and Antarctica.
