[Question hour] does anyone else get the random urge to cry every night an hour or two before bedtime?

Like I don't even know why I want to cry all of a sudden. It is like this random feeling of malaise and hopelessness that kicks in before sleep hour then is gone by the morning. And it returns every 2nd or 3rd night.

Any idea why? Or any suggestions?
