A lot of the heroin produced in the triangle gets smuggled thru Chinese border provinces like Yunnan for domestic consumption and cut with fent but the newer synthetic drug of choice for rural opiodmuricans is carfentanil

Yeah it's over 10k times more potent by mass than morphine. It can be lethal to humans at doses as little as 20ug. If it's aerosolized, it's incredibly lethal to even be near it. I don't know how these dealers are getting it to the street because there's no human carfent medications. It's all bulk powder. I wouldn't want to go near that shit without full MOPP.
