Drop it off on my desk when I officially start and expect it to land on your desk with 3x as much work because you pissed me off. This is a medical lab, why try to piss off the clinical director who will piss off the PI and come full circle to you resulting in both of us being angry and if not completed we talk to the base commander if we're sufficiently angry?

it's not like there are no no-clearance jobs at all at a national lab but he should be absolutely and painfully aware about lacking one (if for no other reason than needing an escort for every other building) and his work in that case would be entirely public or at most OUO, none of this deep dark government secrets shit he's blabbing on about
