Legally, the tenant was his gf but this king was the one paying rent. Apartment claims there's nothing they can do as far as reparations as he's not on the lease. Furthermore, having broken the lease terms prevents him from becoming a tenant. They're also trying to claim his daughter's play money was counterfeit. :marseycantsneed:
