"This is how things should always have been" - redditors embrace the mouse's programming

Maybe the top comments are just astroturf but they read like how actual cult members would react after being told what to think and feel. It's creepy

it has whisperings of an oscar because diverse cast and gay kiss scene. even as probably one of the few r-slurs on this forum that says cape comics aren't inherently bad the MCU is a barren wasteland of creativity and the reason why i want those movies to die off and the genre to shrink itself. the movies have three different formulas at best that they have bled dry. either a smug snarky protagonist has to learn to be a better hero and then fights a similar villain to himself like the iron man, dr strange, captain marvel, thor or black panther movies. a team of weirdos has to learn to work together like guardians of the galaxy, avengers or this new movie. or an old hero has to mentor a younger hero like the spider-man or ant man movies. it's the same shit and the same dialogue formula of serious scene, intercut with a whedonesque sarcastic quip, rinse repeat. the climax is always a cgi fest where theyre running thru a city blowing shit up. it's stupid
