I kinda get where he's coming from. His life work was to make a pillow that could help even a crack addict find sleep. The pillows, while not the absolute best, arenr bad and certainly arent lumpy, something Im sure mike worked very hard to ensure. The guy essentially called hisbl baby ugly with that statement.
