If someone has incurable mental illness that renders them unable to get a job, then we should look at either (a) disability to fund their housing or (b) if they are unable to use/acknowledge/stay in the free housing then we may need to look at involuntary psychiatric commitment.
Or, you know, you could just shoot them. Imo Indonesian style will clear up a ton of issues in big cities. Because, it ain't ever mental illness - it's drug use 99% of the time.
