MD90 Your complaing about your FBI check. I have yet to see others complain about, so maybe you have nothing to do and need to grieve.

Now I have something to complaing about. I live 3 miles from the former WTC site. Was your house covered in debris? Were you coughing for weeks? Were you living with the emotional status of everyone? And if you were, that is one heck of an FBI check out. All your doing is posting material that no body really cares about as only the second person's reply is relevent.

I do not see "hijackings" "osama bin laden" "9/11" in any other posts, except for the title and your main post. This topic has gotten off-topic.

So grow up and post things that people will read about and do not groan about an FBI check when almost everyone is getting one and they do not seem to be complaing at your lenth.

I didn't mean to sound like I was whining, I thought it was kinda cool that the FBI investigated me. And no, everyone isn't getting one and it's not true that most Americans have a real FBI file (only if you're investigated, folks).

And excuse me, I didn't live through it, but have you ever heard of Reconstruction, SafetyDude? The South was devastated after the Civil War and things were made much worse by the Yankees afterwards. Sure, that's just history, but this will be history one day too.

60 MILES. That's how wide a path General Sherman cut through Georgia in his infamous march to the sea. He destroyed and razed EVERYTHING IN HIS PATH. He sent a telegram to President Lincoln on December 23, 1864, "giving" the Presidant Savannah as a Christmas gift. Sure, 9/11 has been the biggest terrorist attack on the United States in history, but the US's history has been far bloodier than 3000 innocent deaths. Sherman even received two "Thanks From Congress" (no kidding, that's like a medal or something), the second one for burning, oops I meant capturing Atlanta and subduing Savannah as a Christmas gift to Lincoln. Manhattan didn't burn, the damage was extremely localized.

Although this really would've been better off in the non-aviation forum, I'll admit.
