:marseybong: Insulate Britain :marseybong: : An activist group so incompetent you probably haven't even heard of them

Insulate Britain (or IB) is an environmental group centred around insulating homes around the UK. If you care about elderly bongs or climate change this might sound like an honourable cause, but despite its aims Insulate Britain has built up a reputation as a public nuisance. Without access to guns and other modern amenities these primitive island folk are forced to use some novel tactics in order to get their point across, primarily sitting or lying prostrate on the motorway to block normal, productive British "people" from being able to get on with their lives. This, obviously, has made them pretty unpopular, and turned roads across the country into a stage for anger and, more importantly, drama. Please find some videos below (please be aware that these videos have sound and you may be exposed to the native dialect):

As you can see, protesters are no match for the average British savage, and as such some members of IB have resorted to more novel methods to remain on the road:

You may ask: "Have IB managed to make any progress on their goal?" The answer is a resounding "No". Not only that, it turns out one of Insulate Britain's leaders hasn't even insulated his own house, despite telling others to do the same. In the following video we see this bright mind in action, sparring against some of the UK's most inept journos and talking heads (skip to 9:30 to see everything reach boiling point):

Overall it seems as if Insulate Britain's legacy will be a cautionary tale for activists down the line. It turns out that to build support for a movement it is best not to anger potential sympathisers; much like Extinction Rebellion (another Bong eco-movement), their overall message is drowned out by cretins who can't help but make everyone else's life just a bit more difficult.

Please follow Marsey down to the schizone where I will be putting all the threads together.

:marseytinfoil2: I get the feeling Insulate Britain's notoriety isn't entirely organic. A few large environmental movements have begun to crop up in the UK over the past few years with mixed results, but they didn't appear out of the blue and their growth was organic. Insulate Britain seemingly appeared one day with the express purpose of sitting in any nearby road they could find to discuss a relatively banal issue that conveniently focusses on problems that can be solved by individuals rather than looking towards larger entities who cause the lion's share of the problems. You may also notice that most of the links provided are from rightoid newspapers and sites who have been feverishly covering every movement the group makes in the worst way possible. Along with all this, the leaders are inept and bordering on incomprehensible. Overall I can't think of a group which inspires less faith in the green movement than Insulate Britain, and I'm under the impression the entire thing has a faint glow to it. :marseybong: :marseyglow:

Engorged mammaries and posteriors may suffice for those of simpler minds, but I hold with a far more enlightened view. The most beautiful curve on the female body, by far, is her smile :)
