A technique for gooners in recovery.

I have been trying and failing to quit my gooning addiction. I relapsed after only making it a few days, even when my peepee was injured and I had just been to the hospital to get it looked at. I realized that when you have fallen as far down the goon hole as I have you need to take smaller steps. Expecting myself to go cold turkey was just an impossible ask.

So what I have been doing is first thing when I wake up I instantly rub one out, sometimes twice. And by rub one out I mean gently rub over the pants using as little force as possible with the goal not being to enjoy it, but to coom in under 5 minutes. If I do this I find that it takes care of the urge for the day. It is not ideal, but if it's that or a 6 plus hour long goon session then it is an easy choice.

On a side note, are there any boyfriend free grills (females only, no peepee owners) on this site who would be willing to nurture a damaged man back to health? I am single.

If even one person is helped by this then I have done my job. I have done meth twice, heroin once and easily decided to never do them again. I juuled for years in college then quit cold turkey also with no issues. But gooning? This has a tight hold on me, if it also has a hold on this Soren then he is battling demons you could never imagine.
