No? This is an idiotic question, but I wouldn't expect anything else from a entity called "News Alphas".

That being said, the lawyer had the weapon drawn, and it didn't look like the protestors tried to de-escalate (preferably by giving way to the old man with a gun). So, I don't really feel bad for them.

Still there's no way he isn't going to end up catching a sentence considering that the protestors were unarmed and not presenting an immediate physical threat.
