Seriously, how can someone from a country where a large chunk of adult population still isn't potty-trained be employed anywhere?
I made a deal with a guy from amazon customer sevice to contact them again once my product arrives and that I'll get $$ back due to an error on their behalf.
So the product arrives and I contact them to tell them to give me my $$ but this poo keeps telling me they cannot do that.
So I send him screenshots of this other guy telling me that they will explicitly do what I'm asking of this poo to do right now but poo is determined in his ways.
Eventually he asked for two 5 minute breaks to check something on my account, I suspect the first one was actually a potty-break but the second one he finally told me he'll give me my $$.
Fricking poos.

I had to file a chargeback after I had to deal with poos. I didn't get a service, so I called this company's customer service. As soon as I heard the sexy Indian dude accent I realized this is gonna be a ride. First sexy Indian dude told me I'm getting a refund. Great! Waited a week. No refund. Called them back. Second sexy Indian dude told me yes, I'll get a refund don't worry. Great! Waited another week. Third sexy Indian dude tells me to email them. I email the address, and (most likely) another sexy Indian dude tells me I'm getting a refund. Still no refund. Decided it ain't worth dealing with them, so I filed a chargeback. Bank gave me my money.

Why is it that Indians are so good at customer service, but then so many are on Reddit and such acting like people are awful to them? It's like they have a victim complex. Is it caste?
