lmao coupon prices
I don't think I have ever spent $150 in a single grocery trip. Not once. I imagine most people haven't unless you're buying for your whole family or you really like "luxury" food items.
It's more around here, although it's been a while since I bought any (I buy 10-pound bags so I don't buy often - I used to buy 20-pound bags but Kroger stopped selling them here, which I guess is kinda like a price increase.)
And what was that? BSCB used to be $2/lb as the normal price and less on sale but hasn't been that in ages even on sale. Granted I typically buy thighs these days which are a bit cheaper per pound (because there's parts that aren't edible ie bones).
Honestly it sounds like you're comparing sale prices today with non-sale prices years ago. It's just not an apples-to-apples comparison and you know it.
