Back during pandemic my company had Friday 4PM video game time. This was one of the games. My frickup manager wanted to be the captain, sure. But instead of navigating the sub and using his status boards to guide us to attackers or damage, he would swiftly abandon the conn and try to fix everything himself. Without guidance we were soon sunk. This was also how he managed.
