It means the part of 'you' that makes good long term decisions is suppressed, and the r-slurred animal part is more powerful. You're essentially being possessed by an r-slured demon. Don't drink and always get a good night's sleep and nutrition. Hopefully one day the government will install sensors in all of us which lock up and prevent action if these are not followed.
