I've heard that getting blackout drunk isn't just about passing out, but also tends to include lost time where you seem to be acting normal (well, for a drunk person) but don't remember things later.

So, how does dude actually know he was "taken advantage of" while unconscious? How does he know he didn't actively decide to fool around with someone, and then just forget later?
