I didn't see that much of astarion though since we didn't need a rouge and I don't like respecc companions out of their archetype because it usually ends up being dumb story wise, also because I'm not gaaaaay

My fave characters are Minthara, Karlach, and Gale. I played as Gale last time and it was very fun. His cat is lovely :marseyeerie1:

Depends on which version I guess, some characters I only really like once they've gone through their character arc and become better people. I don't really hate any character except for Minthara because she's an evil b-word and therefore only fit to be impaled upon my sword (no slavery mods yet :marseycoomer3: ). I also would never play any of the characters because if I'm in control of their actions/speach that ruins the illusion that they're actual characters with their own personal motivations etc. So I played as the edgy one but I'm a Nice Guyβ„’ so therefore never actually murdered anybody aside from that bard chick (rip she was kinda cute) and resolved in the most goodway which I was decently satisfied with.

:marseylongpost: being said. I probably like Gale overall the most(which is big praise actually as the odds were against him) with Shadowbae coming in second (not sure I would if she wasn't a waifu though) but not a huge fan of her personality change at the end and since every character can resolved to be gooder I don't really hate any of them aside from the fact that most of them are the embodiment of "OC do not steal!!!!!".

I'm not sure if it was because of playing co-op or not but I felt like there wasn't as much companion interactions as there should have been, Mass Effect companion stand more out to me.

Gale also surprised me too! I thought I'd frickin hate him but he grew on me. Playing as him made me like him a lot more too. He's my homie in my current goodie dark urge play through.

Edit: Once you recruit Minthara she has very similar vibes to Kreia from KOTOR. I find her opinions very interesting.
