You cant prove a negative all i can say is that one iffy comment once doesnt deprive you of your right to trial by jury (no he didnt have a trial by jury he was ruled guilty without trial. They only did the damages portion by jury)

Lmao he was still defaming them during the trial. I guess that r-slur viva didn't play that part.

He wasn't deprived of that. He waved it by refusing to participate in discovery. He literally got caught on the stand with holding information. Anyways, I have better things to do today than argue with somebody who doesn't even know the basic facts of the case and is just screaming the equivalent of "state lines" like some shitlib.

I'm going to go paddleboarding and enjoy the fact that Alex Jones will be paying for his actions for the rest of his life and all your coping and seething can't do a thing about it :marseyembrace:
