I bought a shower hose today. The cheapest shower hoses in the internet shop went for like five euros, and so I was seduced by a 16 euro full metal chrome covered hose. Made by polacks.
One of the items in their spiel was that the hose has an anti-tangling property because it rotates freely at each end. Look at it, you can see the o-ring enabling free rotation, right?
It has the same thing on both ends actually. Polish quality! Except check this out lmao:
That is what you're seeing, that's a solid stainless steel piece milled to have an indentation into which the shifty poles put an o-ring, purely for aesthetic reasons.
Why is Poland a thing anyways? Why was Germany split into the East and West parts but Poland was somehow allowed to have its prewar borders? Polacks do not deserve to have a country, half of them should have been annexed by Germs and forced to produce German-quality goods on the pain of being summarily executed, the other half should have been annexed by the Soviets and struggle to grow potatoes.
