Mexico would probably also fall into chaos, as the Cartels realize their largest market went up in smoke, most of Mexico's industry loses their customers and said Cartels try to carve out their power within Mexico.
Also keep in mind the Mexicans don't have a single tank and only like 4 F-5 jets. Not 4 squadrons, 4. One, Two, Three, Four. All they're good for (militarily) for the Blues is warm bodies.

...exactly the problem. Imagine how much trouble those laid-off workers with no money and no food will cause.
Most of that food would come from the Red States and be imported... except that's gone. Even if the Reds wanted to feed Mexico, their machinery would be less and less useful and the ports to export that would be blocked.
