Backstory- what you need to know

Chicago (hereby referred to as chiraq) is known for it's history of gang violence. The main players being the Black Disciples (BD's) and the Gangster Disciples (GD's and GDN). Once a unified gang under the name of Black Gangster Disciple Nation due to problems with leadership the factions in the gang split into the BD's and GDN.

Though active in other areas the Black Disciples are known for running an apartment complex known as O block and the Gangster Disciples are known for controlling a neighboring area known as Tookaville.

Many members of the Black Disciples such as Lil Durk, Chief Keef, and King Von have started successful rap careers boosting the active conflicts in the streets of chiraq to new audiences (white boy rap fans).

While there have been other shootings and street conflicts, the murder of FBG Duck is the relevant one here FBG Duck was a self made rapper associated with the GDN. While the evidence is lacking and circumstantial it's clear that King Von and maybe even Lil Durk were the ones who commissioned the hit. Just yesterday on /r/chiraqology the video of his shooting was leaked.

reddit.com/r/chiraqology is a subreddit for discussion the chiraq scene filled to the brim with white rap fans who larp as being black street thugs. BD affiliated rappers and news is much more popular on the sub, leading to a heavy bias with anythinf related to GDN being dissed. Because of FBG Duck's affiliation, and the fact that his hit was connected to King Von, who the subreddit practically worships, the reaction has been interesting so far.
