Over for the day. Monday is the biggun, today was procedural stuff mostly and bookkeeping, jury wasn't there at all. Minimal drama, there was potential for the mistrial with prejudice argument to be heard but nothing got brought today. Snark lawyers are pissed provocation charge got in, should have been easy to stop according to them.
