Everyone who says this will get around it by saying that the person saying it has to be in good faith. Which implies evaluating criteria or a test, which is exactly what they're trying to avoid. The truth is if someone looks more feminine or puts in a lot of effort and says they're a woman, they'll instantly believe them. If someone is jacked and 350lbs and says they're a man, they'll be immediately skeptical despite what they're claiming.
