There is apparently, it's Dropbox, whether it's a real drop box or M$ Dropbox I'm not sure. The video was sent over email instead of the agreed upon Dropbox

Only informally though. Kraus said he was happy to use whatever method the defense wanted. A protocol would have avoided the whole video issue, or if fatty didn't follow proto the judge would be able to chew him out
