The jurors did, but the defense was not aware of the HQ version until Friday. It should have been with the defense since day 1.

Again, if the court reporter was correct the jury also got the 4Mb version instead of the 11Mb version.

It's not a slam dunk for like being disbarred but it could really play into getting the whole case thrown out with prejudice. This is a basic constitutional right in play, violating that on accident is still violating it.
